12 Days of EdTechmas: DreamyKid Meditation App

We all know that the holidays is the time for family, friends, and of course – gift-giving. In the spirit of Christmas and the love for EdTech, I will be sharing with you 12 EdTech tools, apps, and websites that can surely help you this coming 2023. Day 4 of our 12 Days of EdTechmas is about DreamyKid, a meditation app for children.

Benefits of Meditation for Children

Many have proven meditation to have benefits for adults, but it can also be suitable for children. Meditation helps kids to relax, improve focus and concentration, reduce anxiety and stress, and develop self-esteem. It also helps them with their social skills and empathy.

By teaching children how to meditate, parents can help them build a strong foundation for healthier and more balanced lives. Meditating from an early age helps children develop better self-awareness, allowing them to recognize and understand their emotions to make better decisions. This app can also help them navigate through their feelings better.
