I’m Carla a graduate of the University of the Philippines-Diliman and currently an MBA student in De La Salle University Manila.
After working in the academe as licensed professional teacher, I became corporate trainer for ESL teachers and later on, became a professional development trainer providing interactive training sessions about Google Workspace for Education to teachers. As a Google for Education Certified Trainer, I provide training for individuals and organizations who wish to become more adept in navigating and utilizing Google Workspace both for personal use and in the workplace.
This 2022, I successfully transitioned to becoming an instructional designer, content developer, and e-learning developer. As an instructional designer, I create instructional materials and processes following the ADDIE model. In creating instructional and training materials, I make sure to use Bloom’s taxonomy in creating effective and measurable learning objectives. With the use of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other tools, I create various materials with the goal of revolutionizing the learning experiences of different learners.
